Lately, I look around and wonder, what if this really is the end of times? The Apocalypse?
You might laugh, but is it that far-fetched?
The world as we know it has gone off the deep end. Division is everywhere. Lawlessness too. Anger, anxiety, and addiction swallowing us whole. Hopelessness worn like a straight jacket.
It’s a daily battle just keeping sane. The battleground, however, isn’t out there. It’s on the inside. A war against mind, body, and spirit.
Me? I’m taking a stand and taking charge of my health: head, heart, and soul. Because whatever comes next, I plan to be at my best. Because this can be the start of something beautiful.
